Leo Costantino joined Regional Government Services as a Senior Advisor in 2023 and is currently serving our partner agencies by providing risk management consulting services for RGS partner agencies.
Leo holds an MBA with emphasis in small business entrepreneurship and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He is bilingual in Spanish and has experience in developing and delivering training materials and resources in Spanish.
Leo’s certifications and licenses include California Fire and Casualty Agent/Broker License #0E24573, Safety and Health Specialist Certificate – OSHA Training Institute, Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management-ERM Concentration, Workers’ Compensation Claims Associate Certification, Associate in Risk Pools Management Designation.
Outside of work, Leo and his partner enjoy spending time with their families and mountain biking, hiking, or camping most every weekend.
