Mia Atencio joined RGS as a Senior Advisor in the Finance Services Line in 2024. Mia has over thirty years’ experience in finance, budget, administration, and organizational change management in municipal, county, and state government. She provides professional finance consulting services for RGS partner agencies.
Mia has a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master’s degree in organizational leadership, and a graduate certificate in organizational development.
Outside of work, Mia enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
