Noreen joined RGS as a Technical Specialist in the Human Resources service group in 2016. During Noreen’s tenure with RGS, she has primarily managed employee benefits programs and provided recruitment services to several RGS partner agencies. She has also provided HR services as needed during agency transitions.
Noreen has over twenty years of experience in the public sector. She served as an Office Administrator in municipal government as well as corporate law firms in the Bay Area. She has expertise in benefit administration and has supported multiple department recruitments including a municipal fire department.
Noreen has a Human Resources Academy Certification.
Outside of work, Noreen volunteers in her community. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, hiking, traveling, as well as time with her family and friends.
