Noreen joined RGS in 2016 as a Technical Specialist. Noreen has over fifteen years of administrative experience in public sector, serving municipal governments. In addition, Noreen has significant administrative support experience in the legal field. Noreen has provided administrative support to Human Resources and Finance departments. She has experience in employee benefit administration and supported multiple department recruitments including a municipal Fire Department. Noreen has conducted new employee orientations, promotional orientations and exit interviews. She has worked closely with department managers on departmental budget management and tracking expenses of multiple vendors. Her special project work experience includes municipal Business Tax license reconciliation and other revenue enhancement programs and projects.
Noreen has a Human Resources Academy Certification from Sacramento State University.
