Payroll
Norrita Lyles joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as an Advisor in the Payroll Service Group in 2023. She has sixteen years of professional finance, budget, and accounting experience including full responsibility for payroll services and related functions. In her various roles, she has guided implementation projects and trained staff at all levels.
Norrita holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in public administration/criminal justice.
Outside of work, Norrita loves to travel and loves helping others to travel well. She loves spending time with her family and taking family vacations. She’s an avid reader and an entrepreneur, and loves to motivate and push others to their greatness.
