Sue Tippets joined Regional Government Services (RGS) as a Strategic Services Consultant in the Water Resources Service Line. Her assignment with Valley Water in Santa Clara County includes real property and operational agreement negotiations
Sue has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering – water resources and construction and is a registered professional engineer.
She has enjoyed a long career in public service including twenty-eight years’ professional management experience in water resources engineering, administration, and operations.
Outside of work, Sue volunteers at the Moffett Field Museum restoring vintage aircraft.
